January Classes

Description

January Hypnobirthing Australia classes will be run over four consecutive Thursdays commencing on the first Thursday of the month and running from 6:30pm till 9:30pm. Resources supplied on commencement of first class. Tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided. We recommend you bring along a fit ball and yoga mat for practicing techniques in class. Please fill out your details on the form below, classes will not exceed four couples.
Comprised of 4x 3 hour sessions.
