Warrior Women Perth’s Refund policy
A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking – the final payment is due 14 days prior to the course start date.
The entire course fee is due 14 days prior to the course start date. In cases where the enrolee withdraws, they are entitled to a refund (less the non-refundable deposit) up to the course start date or they may change to a later course date. All changes must be made in writing to fi@warriorwomenperth.com.au
In the unlikely event that classes are cancelled by Fi or Deb (Warrior Women Perth), a full refund is applicable.
COVID-19 Terms and Conditions.
Warrior Women Perth agrees to continue running Covid Safe classes in accordance with WA Health Regulations and National and State directives. At this stage, Warrior Women Perth is not required to sight proof of vaccination for attendees (updated 17/03/2022).
All attendees agree that if they are unwell, have been to an exposure site and have not received a negative test result, or have come into contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days they will not attend their session(s) – alternative arrangements will be made. Attendee(s) who decline these alternative arrangements no refund will be given.
If the government legally imposes restrictions due to COVID-19, group and private courses will be offered virtually. Where possible, these will remain at the same date and time otherwise all alternate options will be discussed at the time.
If Deb or Fi are unable to attend the session due to government regulations Warrior Women Perth agree make a full refund or reschedule classes at a convenient date/time either in person or virtually.
If the attendee(s) decides not to attend a course that is running either in person or virtually, no refund will be offered.
